【お知らせ】PyCon JP のナレッジベースは、 `こちら <https://pyconjp.atlassian.net/wiki/x/c4CpM>`_ に移動しました。今後は新しいナレッジベースを更新していきます。 

この資料は Python プログラミング言語のカンファレンス `PyCon JP <http://www.pycon.jp>`_ を運営するため進め方について、自分のメモがてら書きなぐっているものです。

このドキュメントの中身が、どこかでなにかの参考になるといいかなーと思います。
